Common use of Hold Over Time Clause in Contracts

Hold Over Time. Hold Over Time means time worked by the employee for shifts or partial shifts that immediately follow the employee's regularly scheduled shift and is requested by the Employer either preceding or during the employee's regularly scheduled shift. Such time is not subject to call out provisions.
