Hold Time. The duration of time spent on hold in a call center following interaction with the interactive voice response, touch tone response system, or recorded greeting but before reaching a call center employee.
Hold Time. The Principal agrees to allow the Agent to keep in option the dates of travel for a Customer for a period of 48 business hours to begin upon acceptance of the option by the Principal. The Agency’s minimum Hold offered to the Customer time is 48 hours. Weekends are not counted.
Hold Time. The maximum hold times for samples collected for chemical analysis are outlined in Paragon LQAP Section 4.4.1 (Appendix D). The FOL will be responsible to ensure the maximum hold times for chemical analysis are adhered to. Project samples being analyzed by gamma spectroscopy will be held for 21 days prior to gamma spectroscopic analysis to allow for reestablishment of secular equilibrium between Ra-226 and Rn-222, along with its progeny (see Section 6.1). Following laboratory sample preparations at Paragon, samples will be sealed and stored for a minimum period of 21 days prior to gamma spectroscopic analysis.
