Common use of HOLIDAY AND LEAVE PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

HOLIDAY AND LEAVE PROVISIONS. Note: The parties acknowledge that the leave provisions of this Agreement (and their administration) operate to provide entitlements equal to, or in excess of, those provided under the Holidays Act 2003. To this extent, and except as provided via changes within this Agreement, the parties agree that current administrative practices will continue to operate. As with clause 4.13.4 above, where inconsistencies with the Holidays Act 2003 exist the parties will continue to work on compliance solutions.
