Holiday Falls on a Work Day. Where a Statutory Holiday falls on an Employee’s scheduled workday, and that employee works on the Statutory Holiday, Employees shall paid one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the rate of pay for all hours worked to a minimum of eight (8) hours. That Employee will then receive an additional day off with pay to be taken at a mutually agreeable time between the company and the Employee.
