Common use of HOLIDAY INN DOWNTOWN Clause in Contracts

HOLIDAY INN DOWNTOWN. (a) It is agreed that the provisions of the Collective Agreement between the parties which expires on October 31, 1988 and which relate to probation period, Article 7.02, Seniority, Article 10.03 (b) (iii) and bereavement leave, Article 16.04 shall apply to all employees who are on payroll as of August 17, 1989. All other terms and conditions of the November 1, 1988 to May 31, 1992 Collective Agreement will apply to those individuals and all terms and conditions of the November 1, 1988 to May 31, 1992 Collective Agreement will apply to all new employees.
