Holiday Overtime. An employee required to work on any of the above-named holidays will be paid holiday pay plus payment for the number of hours worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) his regular straight time rate of pay.
Holiday Overtime. (a) When a regularly scheduled employee (Monday-Friday) works on a holiday, the employee shall be compensated for the holiday plus double time for all hours worked on such holiday. A minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate shall be guaranteed to such employees.
(b) When a holiday falls on a Saturday and the City celebrates the holiday on Friday, if an employee worked Friday the employee shall be compensated at the double time rate for all hours worked on the Friday. In the event the employee works on Saturday, the employee shall be compensated at time and one-half (1½) for all hours worked on Saturday. In the event the holiday falls on Sunday and is observed on Monday, this same rule shall apply.
Holiday Overtime. Employees required to work on an observed Holiday (refer to Article )0011) shall be compensated one and one-half (1.5) times their base hourly pay rate for each hour worked. Employees required to work on the actual holiday shall be compensated two (2) times their base hourly pay rate for each hour worked.
Holiday Overtime. All employees shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half times their basic hourly rate for all time worked on a holiday observed pursuant to Article 30 in excess of a normal daily tour for a full-time employee; provided that any holiday overtime hours so compensated shall be credited against any hours for which overtime payments are required under Sections 1 and 2 of this Article.
Holiday Overtime. Unit members assigned by the Employer to work on one of the above holidays shall be paid or given compensating time off for such work, in addition to the regular rate of pay, at one and one-half times the regular rate of pay.
Holiday Overtime. Holiday Overtime a. Employees shall be compensated at a premium of two and one-half times their normal rate of pay (or in-lieu time off at the option of the employee), for any hours worked beyond their regularly scheduled work shift (before or after their regularly scheduled work shift), when such additional work hours occur between 0001 and 2400 on the day on which a holiday is celebrated.
Holiday Overtime. 3.10.1 An employee who is required by the District to work on a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement shall receive compensation for such work at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular rate of pay in addition to the pay to which the employee is otherwise entitled for the holiday. 3.10.2 When a holiday designated in the Agreement falls on a non-workday for an employee working other than a Monday through Friday schedule, the employee is entitled to a day off with pay at the employee's regular rate for that holiday, to be scheduled with approval of the employee's immediate supervisor.
3.10.3 The District reserves the right to establish a position or class of positions for which employees are required to work exclusively on weekends and holidays, and for which a special salary rate shall be established through negotiations with MPCEA.
Holiday Overtime. All holidays worked by 911 Communications Supervisors shall be compensated in addition to the regular holiday pay, double (2) time for all hours worked on such holidays. A minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate shall be guaranteed to such employees.
Holiday Overtime. Employees who work on the eight (8) major holidays shall be compensated twelve (12) hours at their regular straight time rate for having worked on those days. The eight (8) major holidays for which such additional compensation shall be paid are: New Year's Day, Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
