Common use of Holidays/Commemorative Day Clause in Contracts

Holidays/Commemorative Day. School holidays will include New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. For those commemorative days that fall on a school day, the teachers and students will devote a portion of the day on each such day designated in Idaho Code § 73-108.
