Holidays During Leave. 9 a. An employee on paid leave of absence who would, but for being on 10 leave, be entitled to holiday pay shall be paid for any holiday which 11 occurs during such leave. Payment for such holiday(s) shall not be 12 charged against vacation or personal illness benefits.
