Holidays During Vacation Leave. Holidays which occur during an employee’s scheduled/approved vacation shall be paid at the employee’s regular rate of pay and shall not be banked. Employees will not be charged vacation leave for the day of the holiday.

Holidays During Vacation Leave. Holidays which occur When a holiday, as defined in this Agreement, occurs during an the scheduled vacation of a bargaining unit employee’s scheduled/approved vacation shall be paid , the employee will receive pay at the employee’s regular rate of pay for the holiday and shall not be banked. Employees will not be charged a vacation leave day for the day of absence on the holiday.
