Holidays for Days Off. When any of the above-noted holidays fall on an Employee's scheduled day off, the Employee will receive another day off with pay at a time mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer, or by mutual agreement, a day's pay in lieu thereof. Employees may take lieu time off during the period two (2) months in advance or following the holiday at a time mutually agreed. If an Employee takes paid time off before the holiday and their employment then ends before the holiday occurs, any pay they may have received is an offset against any wages or vacation pay owed to them.
