Holidays in Conjunction with SDI. In the event that a paid holiday occurs during a period of absence for which the employee receives disability insurance benefits, the holiday shall be prorated in proportion to the amount paid to the employee as a supplement to the disability insurance benefit from accrued sick leave, discretionary major medical supplemental paid sick leave, vacation leave, compensating time off, and/or floating holiday balances on the day before and the day after the holiday.
