Common use of Home-Association Committee Clause in Contracts

Home-Association Committee. (a) There shall be a Home-Association Committee comprised of the Administrator and the Director of Nurses and two (2) registered nurses employed by the Home who are appointed by the Bargaining Unit President or Association. The membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual consent.

Home-Association Committee. (a) There shall be a Home-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Administrator Home, one of whom shall be the Resident Care Co-ordinator or her designate and of the Director Association, one of Nurses and whom shall be the Local President or her designate. The number of representatives is two (2) registered nurses employed by from amongst combined f/t and p/t bargaining units and the Home who are appointed by the Bargaining Unit President or Association. The membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual consentagreement.
