Home Banking (Internet Network Connection). If we approve the Home Banking Service, you may access your accounts through a personal computer (PC) under the OnLine Banking service with a four (4) digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). You must use your PIN along with your account number to access your accounts. You may use the Home Banking service to:  Change your Home Banking password.  Obtain account information related to any of your share and loan accounts regarding current balance, checking history, savings dividends, loan interest amounts, loan payoff amounts, payroll and automatic deductions.  Make transfers to or from your Primary Share, Share Draft/Checking or such accounts you have authorized in writing prior to such transfer request.  Make loan payments from any share or share draft account to any loan account of yours.  Issue third-party payable checks under Bill Payment Service.  Obtain stock quotes.

Home Banking (Internet Network Connection). You may make Home Banking transactions at any time seven (7) days per week. There may be some down time. You may make fund transfers to your accounts or other accounts you authorize as often as you like, however, there are certain limitations on transfers from share accounts, as discussed herein and above. You may transfer up to the balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer, except as limited under other agreements. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction that would draw upon insufficient funds, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. In addition, our Funds Availability Policy may limit the availability of funds transferred by Home Banking. Account balance and transaction history information may not show all account activity involving your accounts. You may not obtain account information related to accounts other than your accounts to which you have requested a transfer.

  • Indirect Network Connection 64.8.1 For purposes of this Agreement, Indirect Traffic means traffic which is originated by one Party and terminated to the other Party in which a third party ILEC’s Tandem switch both provides the intermediary Transit Service and serves CenturyLink’s NXXs. Indirect Network Connection for Indirect Traffic is intended only for de minimis traffic associated with CLEC “start- up” market entry into a CenturyLink local exchange. Therefore Indirect Network Connection will be allowed only on routes between CenturyLink End Offices and a CLEC switch in instances where, and only so long as, none of the POI thresholds set forth in Section 64.4.2 have been reached.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

However, if situation so arises, INTERCONNECTION with R2MF signaling may be permitted by LICENSOR.

  • Network Connectivity Farmington Area Public Schools makes no guarantee that their network will be up and running 100% of the time. In the rare case that the network is down, the District will not be responsible for lost or missing data. Attribution 4*

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • NETWORK INTERCONNECTION METHODS 64.1 This Section sets forth the terms and conditions for Network Interconnection Methods (NIMs) provided between CenturyLink and CLEC for the Interconnection Facilities established between the Parties’ networks. Additionally, this Section describes the physical architecture for the Interconnection of the Parties’ facilities and equipment required for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, IntraLATA LEC Toll Traffic, VoIP-PSTN Traffic, Transit Traffic and Jointly Provided Switched Access Service Traffic.
