Down Time. 30.01 It is agreed that all down time will be paid to the Xxxxxxx for time reported and confirmed that is lost to production because of material shortage, machinery breakdown, or replacement.
Down Time. The amount of time, measured in working hours, that the machine is unable to function and meet the agency's needs.

Unless directed otherwise by the trip supervisor (e.g., the Coach, Advisor), the driver and bus will be required to stay at the site of the trip. The trip supervisor shall be identified and communicated to the driver in advance of the trip. For the purpose of driver’s meals, the driver and bus may be away from the site for a period not to exceed one (1) hours per earned meal.
Down Time. Availability of Work - It is the intent of the Company to hire sufficient staff to meet the demands of the installation business. The Company will make every effort to ensure work is made available to these employees on an ongoing basis.

Down Time. If an employee working on an incentive standard is required to wait for reasons beyond the control of the employee, the employee will be paid for the entire time lost at the employee's incentive base rate provided the employee punches out and the supervisor or the representative designated in the supervisor's absence is notified at the start of the delay period, or as soon thereafter as is practicable and the employee punches back in as soon as the idle period ends.
Down Time. If, during the term of this Agreement, Telegroup is unable to offer the Services to New T&T for a period of time due to technical problems, that period of time shall not be included as part of the audit period (as set forth in Section 1.4 hereof) during which the down time occurred.
Down Time. If a driver must be removed from driving duties to stay in compliance with federal guidelines regarding the maximum hours allowable that may be driven while on an assigned trip, the driver will be compensated at his/her regular rate of pay.
