Down Time. 30.01 It is agreed that all down time will be paid to the Xxxxxxx for time reported and confirmed that is lost to production because of material shortage, machinery breakdown, or replacement.

Unless directed otherwise by the trip supervisor (e.g., the Coach, Advisor), the driver and bus will be required to stay at the site of the trip. The trip supervisor shall be identified and communicated to the driver in advance of the trip. For the purpose of driver’s meals, the driver and bus may be away from the site for a period not to exceed one (1) hours per earned meal.
Down Time. Digital River shall not take down any Site in a manner that prevents click-through download redemptions or purchases and installation of the Symantec Products by Customers as outlined under the maintenance provisions of Exhibit F of the Agreement. * Confidential treatment has been requested for portions of this exhibit. Down Time. Drivers having thirty (30) minutes or less of non-work time between work activities shall be paid continuously until a break of over thirty (30) minutes occurs.
Down Time. HVCI Installers are required to work normal business hours. Any down time should be reported to a Supervisor for additional assignment(s).
Down Time. If a driver must be removed from driving duties to stay in compliance with federal guidelines regarding the maximum hours allowable that may be driven while on an assigned trip, the driver will be compensated at his/her regular rate of pay.
