Homecare and Personal Support Worker Attendance at Trainings. Homecare and Personal Support Workers must have authorized and paid hours within three (3) calendar months prior to the month of a training or during the month the worker attends a training. Homecare and Personal Support Workers who meet these requirements will receive a stipend for actual hours in attendance at approved OHCC stipend trainings. Each online course will have a preset duration for the purpose of determining the stipend amount. Homecare and Personal Support Workers will only receive a stipend once a year per class taken, which includes online courses.
