Horizontal Schedule Advancement. A teacher shall advance horizontally on the compensation schedule by obtaining additional college credit from accredited institutions of higher learning. The BA-plus hours and MA-plus hours must be graduate semester hours for classes related to the teacher’s current teaching assignment or courses taken in a pre-approved Master’s degree program, or such other courses which shall be previously approved by the Superintendent. Any salary change on the basis of earning additional pre-approved graduate coursework will require presentation of an official notice from the accredited institution granting the credit in form of an official transcript or letter from the Xxxx of the Department. If the teacher submits such documentation certifying their completion of graduate coursework by October 1 in any school year (or January 11, 2019 for the 2018- 2019 school year), additional compensation for any salary lane advancement shall be granted retroactive to the beginning of the same school year (e.g., August school start date). If the required documentation is submitted by March 1 of any school year, any compensation increase based upon a salary lane change shall be retroactive to the beginning of the same semester (e.g., January second semester start date). Horizontal schedule advancement beyond the MA lane (i.e., movement to the MA+15, MA+30 lanes) shall be based solely upon approved credit hours earned after the teacher's receipt of a Master's degree. Credit hours earned prior to the teacher's receipt of a Master's degree shall only be utilized for initial schedule placement or placement on the MA lane and shall not count towards horizontal movement to the MA+15 or MA+30 lanes.

  • Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 5.4.6.1 In the event AT&T identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Sections 5.4.2.1 or 5.4.2.2 above, but that were not included in the Master List of Unimpaired Wire Centers or AT&T’s List of Unimpaired Wire Centers, AT&T shall include such additional wire centers in a CNL. Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a Subsequent Wire Center List. AT&T will follow any limitations on the frequency with which it may issue such lists and notification procedures set forth in applicable Commission orders. 5.4.6.2 TWTC shall have thirty (30) business days to dispute the additional wire centers listed on AT&T’s CNL. Conversions will be subject to the switch-as-is charge set forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment 2. 5.4.6.5.3 AT&T shall not impose disconnect or nonrecurring installation charges when transitioning the Subsequent Embedded Base of DS1 and DS3 Dedicated Transport in existence as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. 5.4.6.6 If TWTC fails to submit the LSR(s) or spreadsheet(s) for all of its Subsequent Embedded Base by one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of AT&T’s CNL identifying the Subsequent Wire Center List, AT&T will identify TWTC’s remaining Subsequent Embedded Base, if any, and will transition such circuits to the equivalent tariffed AT&T service(s), or in the case of Georgia, to the equivalent 271 service(s) set forth in Exhibit 1. In the states of Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi and South Carolina, those circuits identified and transitioned by AT&T shall be subject to the applicable disconnect charges as set forth in this Agreement and the full nonrecurring charges for installation of the equivalent tariffed AT&T service as set forth in AT&T’s tariffs. In the states of Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee, those circuits identified and transitioned by AT&T shall be subject to the applicable switch-as-is rates set forth in Exhibit A of Attachment

  • Schedule of Specific Commitments 1. Each Party shall set out in a schedule the specific commitments it undertakes under Article 106 (National Treatment), Article 000 (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) and Article 108 (Additional Commitments).   • Extended Tours/Hybrid Schedules The Employer and the Union may agree to implement extended tours or hybrid schedule (mix of extended and normal tours). For clarity, a hybrid schedule may include extended tours on weekends and normal tours during the week. The following will apply: (a) Each facility/unit must have sixty-six and two thirds percent (66⅔%) agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who work in the facility/ unit. Each Home must have the majority agreement of the full-time and part- time employees who vote on the issue to agree on a trial period of up to six months. Once the trial period is complete, each Home must have a minimum of 66⅔% agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to continue with the new schedule on a permanent basis. (b) The Extended Tour/Hybrid Schedule may be cancelled by either party on giving ten (10) calendar weeks’ notice to the other in writing of its desire to terminate. A meeting shall be held within two (2) weeks of receipt of such notice to discuss the reasons for the cancellation. Extended tours may be discontinued by the Union in any facility/unit when sixty percent (60%) of the full-time and part-time employees in the facility/unit so indicate by secret ballot to the Union. (c) With the exception of the specific variations set forth in this Article, all other conditions and terms of the Collective Agreement and Appendices shall remain in full force and effect.
