Hospital Name. Pursuant to the Trademark License Agreement between the University and the Partnership, the Partnership shall continue to use the name "The Georxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxversity Hospital" in connection with the Hospital so long as it continues to operate the Hospital in the Washington Circle area of the District of Columbia unless such name is required to be changed to comply with applicable law. The University agrees that it shall not license the name "The Georxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxversity Hospital" to, or use the name in connection with, any entity, facility, or service without the consent of the Partnership.
Hospital Name. 1. The name/branding of ACH will be Asante Ashland Community Hospital (or similar, as mutually agreed), which shall be operated by and under Asante in a manner substantially consistent with its existing hospital facilities, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.
Hospital Name. Lessee agrees to use the name "Lakewood Medical Center" throughout the term of the Lease, unless a different name is mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Hospital Name. Following the Effective Date, Lessee shall continue to use the Bay Medical Center name and identity in connection with the operation of the Hospital. In addition to the foregoing, as long as SHHS, or an affiliate of SHHS, owns any interest in Lessee, the Sacred Heart Health System name shall also be used in connection with the operation of the Hospital.
