HOSPITALIZATION, SURGICAL, MAJOR MEDICAL, DENTAL AND OPTICAL INSURANCES. Employees employed by the Board on or before August 1, 2019 shall be paid Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) in June, 2020 if they are on the District’s medical insurance on June 1, 2020. Employees employed by the Board on or before August 1, 2019 shall be entitled to One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) to be paid in June, 2021 if they are on the District’s medical insurance on June 1, 2021. Employees employed by the Board on or before August 1, 2019 shall be entitled to One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) to be paid in June, 2022 if they are on the District’s medical insurance on June 1, 2022.

  • Hospital and Medical Insurance The University shall make available health insurance to the employees covered by this agreement to the same extent and in the same manner as is available to other University employees, such as Faculty and the Executive, Administrative and Professional Staff employees. It is the University's goal to have the same health insurance plans offered uniformly to all University groups and employees.

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance a. Effective July 1, 2002, medical benefits shall be offered through CalPERS Health Plans.

  • Medical Insurance Upon termination of employment, the Executive shall be entitled to all COBRA continuation benefits available under the Company's group health plans to similarly situated employees. To the extent permitted under Code Section 409A, during the applicable Payout Period, the Company shall provide such COBRA continuation benefits to the Executive at the active employee rates similarly situated employees must pay for such benefits. Upon the expiration of such Payout Period, the Executive will be responsible for paying the full COBRA premiums for the remaining COBRA continuation period.

  • Medical Exams 17.1: The Sheriff's Department may require a physical and/or psychological exam by a doctor, at the Employer's expense, to determine the employee's ability to perform his/her regular duties, if deemed appropriate. The employee may obtain a second opinion, at the employee's expense, and in the event there is a dispute between the Employer's doctor and the employee's doctor, both of these doctors shall select a third doctor, whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The expense for the third doctor's opinion shall be split 50-50 by the Employer and the employee if not covered by the employee's insurance.

  • Medical and Dental Insurance The Company shall pay Employee’s monthly Medical and Dental Insurance premiums in association with Company provided health insurance plans.
