Host Site must obtain approval from the federal agency to use the funds as match. Some federal match sources are pre-approved. The federal funds noted in 10.1. are identified as follows: Federal Agency Name CFDA # Grant Name SITE SUPERVISOR COSTS AS A SOURCE OF MATCH. Host Site will document site supervisor time as a source of match to Program. The individual designated as site supervisor must report, at a minimum monthly, the hours spent providing the member supervision services outlined in this agreement via an invoice. Host Site must assign a reasonable hourly or daily rate value for site supervisor(s) on an annual basis and at any time the rate changes or a new individual assumes the role of site supervisor. Site supervisor invoices must be submitted to Program within the first [5X working days] of the month. If more than one individual serves as site supervisor, each person must submit the monthly invoice. Site supervisor hours must be based on actual time worked providing the specific duties outlined herein and the site supervisor or Host Site designee must sign the monthly invoice; certifying its accuracy and whether or not the individual is not paid with federal funds. Host Site understands that all site supervisor time invoiced to Program, must be spent actively supervising AmeriCorps members. Hours that appear excessive may be questioned and/or disallowed. Typically, a site supervisor spends between 1-10% of their time on member supervision. Falsification or inflation of site supervisor hours can result in repayment of federal funds by the host site. Host Site supervisors provide AmeriCorps member supervision services and are considered contractors under 2 CFR §200.331 and for the purposes of the National Service Criminal History check requirements.

  • Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

You shall be entitled to receive during any month such interim payments of your fee hereunder as you shall request, provided that no such payment shall exceed 75 percent of the amount of your fee then accrued on the books of the Fund and unpaid.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Rental Fee Is for one day only from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Groups or Individuals requiring more than one day for their event will be charged a rental fee for each day required – no exceptions.

  • Preconstruction Fee The Preconstruction Fee shall be payable to CM/GC on a cost reimbursement basis up to a maximum sum of $ , which shall cover constructability review, value engineering, cost estimating, development of GMP, and all other Preconstruction Phase Services, as described in Article 3. If CM/GC's costs for provision of Preconstruction Phase Services exceed the maximum Preconstruction Fee, CM/GC shall pay such additional cost without reimbursement. CM/GC shall not be entitled to any CM/GC Fee upon the Preconstruction Fee. Owner shall pay the Preconstruction Fee on a cost-reimbursement basis with each application for payment during the Preconstruction Phase. If the total actual Preconstruction Fee is less than the maximum Preconstruction Fee used for initial calculation of the GMP as provided above, the GMP shall be reduced by the difference; provided that Owner may direct instead that any unapplied portion of the maximum Preconstruction Fee be applied to Construction Phase Services, in which case the GMP shall not be reduced by the portion so applied. Except to the extent the parties may expressly agree to the contrary in the GMP Amendment, no Preconstruction Fee or other fee, compensation or reimbursement shall be payable to CM/GC with respect to Preconstruction Services performed after execution of the GMP Amendment.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • Franchise Fee The fee that Comcast remits to the Township pursuant to Section 622 of the Xxxxx Xxx, 00 X.X.X. §000, and Section 6.1 of this Agreement.

  • Inspection Fees The Developer agrees to pay the inspection fees as required by fee schedule established by Teton County for its Planning and Building Department.

  • Reservation Fee The Reservation Fee is applied to the total cost of Contract (room and board fees) and is due with Contract submission. The Reservation Fee is not a deposit. If the University is unable to accept Contract and provide a room due to space limitations, the Reservation Fee will be fully refunded.
