Hotel Rules. Each Unit Owner, Lessee and Guest (including, without limitation, “Homeowner Parties”, as defined in the Hotel Services and Amenities Access Agreement among the Hotel Owner, the Condominium and the Condominium Manager), shall comply with any and all rules adopted by or on behalf of the Hotel Owner from time to time relating to the exercise of use and access rights to the Hotel afforded under the Hotel Services and Amenities Access Agreement or the provision of services to the Units by the Hotel Owner or the Hotel Manager, including, without limitation, rules or procedures adopted regarding mandatory check-in for Unit Owners, and Lessees (including, without limitation, Homeowner Parties), coordination of any charging privileges which the Hotel Owner may elect to afford Unit Owners, Lessees and their respective Guests, and other matters reasonably necessary to allow Unit Owners, Lessees and their respective Guests and the Hotel guests to be well-integrated into a unified operation and to ensure that the Units and the Hotel and related systems and the use and occupancy by Unit Owners, Lessees and their respective Guests and the guests of the Hotel of their respective facilities are integrated in an efficient and secure manner.

Hotel Rules. 1. Students (and their parents/guardians) shall be held liable for any damage or loss of property at all times while on the trip. 2. Rooms should be kept locked at all times and windows are not to be opened. 3. Strangers shall not be admitted to any room. 4. Money or valuables should not be left unattended in rooms. 5. There are to be NO MIXED GROUPS in hotel rooms; that is, no boys in girls’ rooms or vice versa, unless supervised by a chaperone before curfew. 6. Students shall be in their rooms by curfew, which will be announced each night. No exceptions will be made unless there is an emergency. Students may not leave their rooms after bed check. 7. Students must be courteous to other hotel guests. There are to be no loud noises at any time. 8. Students are not allowed to leave hotel grounds without permission from chaperones. 9. Hotel rooms are rented by and in the name of VCS, not the individual students. Therefore, VCS, through the chaperones, retains the right to enter and inspect hotel rooms used by students during the trip. By agreeing to these rules, students surrender the right to the chaperones to inspect a student’s belongings at any time the chaperones feel such inspection will reveal a violation of these rules or the VCS Code of Conduct.

The use of one or the other shall not confer a different degree of right or obligation for either Party.

  • Laws, Rules and Regulations You agree to comply with all existing and future operating procedures used by the Bank for processing of transactions.
