Hotline Paralegal. 1. The Hotline Paralegal is responsible for some or all of the following tasks: Conducting screenings of applicants through intake hotlines, including obtaining necessary demographic data, determination of eligibility, and scope of the client’s request for assistance; 2. Coordinating follow-up services, including appointments, referrals, correspondence, and client document requests; 3. Opening and closing electronic files for hotline callers and ensuring compliance with program protocols for telephone intakes; 4. Providing applicants and clients who contact the intake hotline with information, referrals and/or advice under the supervision of an attorney; 5. Using language-assistance resources, including translation and interpretation services available to assist LEP client and community members; 6. Maintaining familiarity with and using internal and external resources to provide referrals; 7. Answering questions and helping to acclimate staff to intake procedures; 8. Use of current office platforms for word processing, database and information management, and document preparation, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and other programs; 9. As related to hotline calls, entering and tracking information in electronic format, including databases and grant management systems and other formats, and running reports with the data; 10. Maintaining client-related files, including copying, scanning, uploading, and distributing documents.

  • Interview Expenses An in-service applicant for a posted position who is not on leave of absence without pay and who has been called for a panel interview shall be granted leave of absence with base pay and shall have their authorized expenses paid. An employee granted leave under this section shall notify their supervisor as soon as they are notified of their requirement to appear for an interview.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services. This plan covers dental care for members until the last day of the month in which they turn nineteen (19). This plan covers services only if they meet all of the following requirements: • listed as a covered dental care service in this section.   • DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE 4.1. Direct Personnel Expense of employees engaged on the Project by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER includes ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS, other engineers, designers, job captains, draftsmen, specification writers and typists, in consultation, research and design in producing Drawings, Specifications and other documents pertaining to the Project, and in services during construction at the site. 4.2. Direct Personnel Expense includes actual cost and of mandatory and customary financial benefits paid.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Project. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.2 Developer shall prepare and submit to TxDOT and the Independent Engineer for TxDOT approval a Traffic Management Plan for managing traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities after the commencement of traffic operations on any portion of the Project, addressing (a) orderly and safe movement and diversion of traffic on Related Transportation Facilities during Project construction, (b) orderly and safe movement of traffic on the Project and (c) orderly and safe diversion of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities necessary in connection with field maintenance and repair work or Renewal Work or in response to Incidents, Emergencies and lane closures. Developer shall prepare the Traffic Management Plan according to the schedule set forth in the Technical Provisions. The Traffic Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions and Technical Documents concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Developer shall carry out all traffic management during the Term in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.3 Developer shall implement the Traffic Management Plan to promote safe and efficient operation of the Project and Related Transportation Facilities at all times during the course of any construction or operation of the Project and during the Utility Adjustment Work. 9.2.4 TxDOT shall have at all times, without obligation or liability to Developer, the right 9.2.4.1 Issue Directive Letters to Developer regarding traffic management 9.2.4.2 Provide on the Project, via message signs or other means consistent with Good Industry Practice, non-Discriminatory traveler and driver information, and other public information (e.g. amber alerts), provided that the means to disseminate such information does not materially interfere with the functioning of the ETCS.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient.

  • Project Management Plan Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan and

  • Covered Persons Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Progenity shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Progenity will take to ensure that all Covered Persons receive at least annual training regarding Progenity’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program and the applicable Federal health care program requirements, including the requirements of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Xxxxx Law; and that all Arrangements Covered Persons receive at least annual training regarding: (i) Arrangements that potentially implicate the Anti-Kickback Statute or the Xxxxx Law, as well as the regulations and other guidance documents related to these statutes; (ii) Progenity’s policies, procedures, and other requirements relating to Arrangements and Focus Arrangements, including but not limited to the Focus Arrangements Tracking System, the internal review and approval process, and the tracking of remuneration to and from sources of health care business or referrals required by Section III.D of the CIA; (iii) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the development, approval, management, or review of Progenity’s Arrangements to know the applicable legal requirements and the Progenity’s policies and procedures; (iv) the legal sanctions under the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Xxxxx Law; and (v) examples of violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Xxxxx Law. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the following: training topics, identification of Covered Persons and Arrangements Covered Persons required to attend each training session, length of the training sessions(s), schedule for training, and format of the training. Progenity shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Arrangements Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.
