Hours, Lunch and Rest Period. The normal work day for full time employees shall consist of eight (8) hours excluding a thirty (30) minute uninterrupted lunch period. A daily fifteen (15) minute first half and a fifteen (15) minute second half uninterrupted rest period shall be provided.
