Hours of Work for Part-time Employees. The hours of work determining the status of a part-time employee (both male and female) shall be: 30 hours per week or less When a part-time employee is requested to report for work and upon reporting finds no work available, he or she shall receive payment for those hours he or she is normally scheduled to work on the particular day.
