HOURS OF WORK, LEAVE AND JOB-CONNECTED DISABILITY. The Parties specifically agree that the attendance and leave provisions as contained in Rule 60L-34 of the F.A.C., including the accrual, usage, and payment of sick and annual leave upon separation from Career Service employment, shall apply to all employees. The state shall not compel an employee to involuntarily use annual leave in circumstances where the employee is ill or otherwise qualified for sick leave. This provision shall not apply in instances of qualified family medical leave.
