HOURS OF WORK, OVER-TIME AND PAYMENT. Section 1. Work Day & Work Week. (a) Eight (8) hours between 7:00 A.M. and 3.30 P.M. shall constitute a regular work day. (b) Flexible starting time between 6:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. if the whole job starts at the same time, with approval of the Business Agent.
