HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME, SHIFT & WORK RULES. Section 1. This ARTICLE may be pre-empted by SPS contract and/or by SPS instructions to the Prime Contractor, when SPS determines it is necessary due to unforeseen project needs, provided adequate notice is given to the Union by SPS.
