Hours of Work While on Field Assignment. On any field assignment where the Company provides direct supervision and the hours of work can be controlled by the Company, the standard work week in effect at the Employee's home location will apply. Overtime provisions in effect at the Employee's home location will prevail. On field assignments where direct supervision cannot be provided by the Company, and where the hours required to be worked are governed by the conditions of the location or facility of the field assignment, the Employee will be paid at the same hourly rate as the employee was entitled to prior to that assignment. Overtime provisions in effect at the Employee's home location will prevail.

Return Visits to Normal Place of Work In deciding whether an employee assigned to field work should be entitled to a return trip or trips to the employee's normal place of work, the Company will take into consideration the nature of the employee's assignment, the duration of the assignment and the conditions under which the assignment has to be carried out. An employee will be informed prior to the commencement of the employee's field assignment whether or not the employee is being granted return visits to the employee's normal place of work during the term of the assignment. Employees may decline hazardous field assignments. If alternative work is not available, the employee will be eligible for severance in accordance with Article Security of Employment.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • USE OF WORK PRODUCTS 2.13.1 The City may use all Documents that Contractor prepares or obtains under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor shall provide the Director with supporting schedules, flow charts or other analysis necessary to understand the reported findings and recommendations. Generally, this information is attached as exhibits to the final report; however, if requested by the Director, Contractor shall provide this information from its work paper files.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND WORK SCHEDULES 22.01 Except for employees subject to a particular work schedule according to clause 22.10, the duration of the regular work week is established at thirty-five (35) hours generally worked between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.   • Payment Does Not Imply Acceptance of Work The granting of any payment by City, or the receipt thereof by Contractor, shall in no way lessen the liability of Contractor to replace unsatisfactory work, equipment, or materials, although the unsatisfactory character of such work, equipment or materials may not have been apparent or detected at the time such payment was made. Materials, equipment, components, or workmanship that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by City and in such case must be replaced by Contractor without delay.
