HOURS WORKED IN EXCESS OF REGULAR SHIFT. All hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours per day, Monday to Friday, shall be considered as overtime and paid at the rate of time and one-half (1½). For the Asphalt Crew, the hours of work, standard work week, overtime conditions, etc, will be applied the same as all other employees.

HOURS WORKED IN EXCESS OF REGULAR SHIFT. All hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours per day, or any hours worked on an employee’s scheduled day of rest, shall be considered as overtime and paid at the rate of time and one-half (1½).
HOURS WORKED IN EXCESS OF REGULAR SHIFT. All hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours per day, Monday to Friday, shall be considered as overtim e and paid at the rate of time and one-half (1½). An employee must have accumulated sixty hours of work in one week, before overtime rates apply.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
