Hours Worked Over 212 Hours. Hours worked in excess of 212 hours shall be compensated at 1- 1/2 times the regular rate, as defined by the FLSA. The method of compensation shall be as follows: a. Cash or compensatory time at the employee's option for all hours worked in excess of the regular schedule during the work period shall be compensated at the rate of one hour for each hour worked; plus b. At the conclusion of the work period, cash for the hours over 212 shall be paid at ½ times the regular rate, except hours which have already been compensated at 1-1/2 time (e.g., emergency recalls).
