House Officer Benefits. All benefit plans will be available the first day of employment. This includes: medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, life, disability and Paid Time Off (as defined below “PTO”). House Officer benefit premium contributions will be consistent with contributions of all other colleagues.
House Officer Benefits. House Officer shall participate with full time House Officers of Hospital, in the fringe benefits plans provided by Hospital, including Hospital’s retirement plan, health/dental insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance.
House Officer Benefits. The House Officer stipend and benefits are set forth in Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein by reference. Rush may, at its sole discretion, change or amend, in whole or in part, or revoke any one or more of such benefit programs or adopt new benefit programs.
