House Regulations. The house regulations attached to this contract represent an essential component of this lease agreement. The Lessor may unilaterally amend the house regulations where necessary for management reasons or to maintain good order. The Lessor shall then inform the Tenant of the new house regulations.
House Regulations. The student residence aims to provide agreeable accommodation in a friendly environment for undisturbed studies. The high residential density requires special consideration towards all other residents as well as the neighborhood. Each tenant is responsible for the behavior of his guests and has to ensure that they also adhere to the stipulated rules.
House Regulations. The house regulations are an integral part of this contract. The tenant confirms having received a copy of these regulations and declares to comply with its provisions.
House Regulations. The Stitch Sisters Quilt House has a maximum occupancy of 15 adults. Minors are not allowed at Stitch Sisters Quilt House. Any additional occupants must be approved by the Owner prior to your arrival. Please be respectful of property lines and boundaries between the House and its neighbors, and observe “quiet hours” between 9 P.M. & 7 A.M., each day of your visit. Additional Information and regulations are provided in the document attached hereto as Exhibit B, titled “Basic Information and House Rules”, with such terms and conditions incorporated herein by reference.
House Regulations. The house regulations and the right to issue reprimands will be exercised by the responsible Facility Management and/or members of the security department. This does not include offices in which the works council committees have their own house regulations. In this case, the chair of the relevant works council committee will exercise the house regulations. Instructions issued by the chairperson or people acting on his or her behalf must be followed. Intentional infringement or gross negligence of these House Rules may lead to proceedings under labor law and/or criminal law. This is without prejudice to the authority to issue a house ban.
House Regulations. The purpose of the house regulations is to make sure that the inhabitants will get along well and live together peacefully. Please observe the following:
1) Absence Please always lock LIA main door when leaving the program, though it might be only for a short time. No responsibility is accepted for things brought along by the guest himself.
2) Car park Vehicles may be left on the –unattended- car park of the area.
House Regulations. Konzerthaus Freiburg, Messe Freiburg, Historisches Kaufhaus and ETAGE Tagungscenter (hereinafter referred to as the venues) are operated by Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Xx.XX (hereinafter referred to as FWTM). The House Regulations apply to the venues and the associated outside areas. They apply to all persons entering, or present at, the venues or the premises.
House Regulations. The Lessee undertakes to show reasonable consideration for other lessees and neighbors in every respect and to comply with the applicable house regulations.
