HOUSING INVENTORY AND LOCATIONAL CONTEXT. The existing housing inventory of Minot and the surrounding area will be analyzed through a series of maps and tables to understand and visualize the variety and number of housing options that exist currently, and that has been developed recently. Maps will highlight housing types, including senior housing, affordable housing developments, student housing, and special needs housing. Housing conditions such as the age of housing, housing tenure (ownership vs rental), and housing conditions will also be illustrated to the extent that it is supported by existing data. We will also provide a complete table of the multifamily housing of ten or more units that exist or are under development, based on Costar records and supplemented by local knowledge. We will build a market context map of Minot and the surrounding area, highlighting community assets and locational context features that would be relevant to and of interest to builders or developers considering housing development in Minot. It will highlight commercial districts, arterial roads or highways, major employers or employment districts, the military base and airport, major parks and other recreational features, and other area assets. The market context map will be • Age/life stages • Household/family types • Race/diversity • Education • Income • Migration patterns • Home values • Tenure • Housing cost burden utilized in the research interviews with developers to orient them to or remind them of the locational and community assets of the Minot area. It will have ongoing value after the completion of the housing study for developer recruitment. Individual, household, and workforce demographics, and projected trends, will be factored into the housing needs analysis.

  • Property Inventory and Protection of Assets Grantee will;

  • Co-Location 1. Each Party shall ensure that major suppliers in its territory provide to suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party physical co-location of equipment necessary for interconnection or access to unbundled network elements on a timely basis and on terms, conditions and at cost-oriented rates that are reasonable and non-discriminatory.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Scaling Location Forest Service shall provide Scaling services at the Scaling site(s) shown in A10. The Scaling site(s) shown in A10 normally will be a non-exclusive site where more than one National Forest timber sale Purchaser may be served. Purchaser may request, in writing, an alternate Scal- ing site, such as at a private mill yard, private truck ramp, or a privately operated log transfer facility. Contracting Of- ficer may approve an alternate Scaling site, when Con- tracting Officer determines that Scaling conditions at an alternate site are acceptable. Such conditions shall in- clude at a minimum:

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • CURRENT INVENTORY OF QUALIFIED PROPERTY In addition to the requirements of Section 10.2 of this Agreement, if there is a material change in the Qualified Property described in EXHIBIT 4, then within 60 days from the date commercial operation begins, the Applicant shall provide to the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District or the State Auditor’s Office a specific and detailed description of the tangible personal property, buildings, and/or permanent, nonremovable building components (including any affixed to or incorporated into real property) on the Land to which the value limitation applies including maps or surveys of sufficient detail and description to locate all such described property on the Land.

  • Locations Each invoice shall show the location, with the street name and AAR/DOT crossing inventory number.
