Site Tour. Along with FORA staff, Xxxxx-Xxxx will tour and examine Fort Ord’s existing conditions, as well as the urban form, network of streets, blocks and lots, building types, and building patterns of the site and surrounding communities. The analysis will include a review of existing land use, density, transportation issues, urban design elements, and development issues. The team will assess, measure, and document existing building types, building placement relative to the street, building massing, scale, height, primary facade transparency, sidewalks, plantings, lighting, signage, spatial enclosure, and level of street life activity, creating a preliminary foundation for design guidelines tailored to the region.
Site Tour. An initial site tour is a critical step in getting familiar with the community of Minot and its specific housing context. City staff and members of the Study Review Committee will be invited to participate in this activity and, if desired, we can align the site visit with one or both project kick-off meetings, and/or meetings with other stakeholders to make efficient use of valuable time.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. All inquiries regarding such conditions shall be made in writing. Bidder shall be deemed to have knowledge of any deficiencies or conditions which such inspection or inquiry might have disclosed. Bidder must provide a detailed explanation with its Bid if additional work is required under this clause in order to properly complete the delivery and installation of the required Product or provide the requested service.
