Housing Units and Ground Requirements. In keeping and maintaining housing units under this Program, Grantee shall: o Ensure the maintenance of the premises of 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx (Xxxx Hotel) and 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx (Drake Hotel), which includes all facilities maintenance; o Provide documentation demonstrating that all congregate living spaces used to deliver the services under this Agreement are in compliance with all applicable building, sanitation, health, safety and fire codes, as well as City and County of San Francisco zoning and use ordinances; o Ensure safety and security of facility exterior, interior, equipment, supplies, staff, Participants and all Participants’ information; o Maintain documentation of pest control services at each housing unit and make it available to the SFAPD staff upon request; o Keep housing facility and it’s respective room’s equipment (sink/heat), furniture, appliances etc. clean and in good operating condition at all times and replace when necessary o Address all repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and structural maintenances, which affect the health and safety of Participants within 48 hours of discovery and at Xxxxxxx’s expense. Grantee shall notify the City’s Project Manager immediately of any such discoveries; o Participate in a quarterly site inspection with the City’s Program Manager at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx and 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx; o Provides functional, clean bathrooms with sinks that deliver both hot and cold water, hand soap, paper towels, and paper seat covers; o Has kitchen, dining areas, food storage area, equipment, appliances, furnishings and cabinetry that are clean and functional; o Has proper lighting, heating, and ventilation; o Has a secured location for storage of cleaning supplies, tools and equipment (e.g., mops, brooms, buckets); o Has fully stocked first aid kits readily available throughout the housing units, along with telephone numbers of all local emergency service agencies; and o Has No Smoking signs posted in full view of all Participants, staff, and visitors.

  • Entitlements and Purchasing Requirements You must purchase the appropriate number of Software Subscription(s), based on the number of Socket-pairs for all Managed Nodes being managed by the Red Hat CloudForms Software. A “Socket-pair” is up to two sockets each occupied by a CPU on a Managed Node. Red Hat CloudForms Software is configured to manage virtual machines on certain public clouds (a “Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud”). You must purchase the appropriate number of Red Hat CloudForms for Public Cloud Software Subscriptions based on the number of Managed VMs instantiated on a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud. Please confirm that a specific public cloud is a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud prior to purchasing. A Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription is bundled with the Red Hat CloudForms Software Subscription and the fees for the Red Hat CloudForms Subscription are based on such bundled use. Any use of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux other than to run the Red Hat CloudForms Software is subject to Red Hat’s standard Software Subscription fees for such use.

  • Staffing Requirements Licensee will be in full compliance with the main studio staff requirements as specified by the FCC.
