Description of Program Services. SPLA will provide volunteers to serve as one-‐to-‐one reading and writing tutors for students selected for the STEP UP program at the ARC campus. These tutors will meet at least once weekly for approximately two hours to provide remedial tutoring for students selected for the STEP UP program at the ARC campus. Tutoring will take place at the Learning Resource Center at the ARC campus or at a branch library.

All services required to be performed by a participating servicer relating to RD-HAMP, as set forth in guidance issued by the Rural Housing Service (RHS) from time to time; including the final rule published on RHS’s Guaranteed Single Family Housing Loans in 75 FR 52,429, August 26, 2010, and in the Program Documentation for including RD-HAMP in the Home Affordable Modification Program under the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, as amended, including, but not limited to, obligations relating to the modification of first lien mortgage loans insured by RHS and the provision of loan modification and foreclosure prevention services relating thereto.
Description of Program Services. Mental Health gender specific co-occurring services will be provided by Women’s Recovery Association (WRA) Mental Health Clinic. WRA provides trauma informed co occurring services for clients with Mental Health and Substance Abuse conditions. Expected complex conditions of clients referred for treatment: severe emotional disorders, history of trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, unstable housing employment issues, treatment compliance issues, and medical issues. Contractor will give priority admission to individuals who are referred by BHRS. The length of treatment may vary according to the specific need of each program participant however the services will typically last at least twelve (12) weeks. Contractor will provide the following services at mutually agreed upon location(s) in San Mateo County to individuals meeting eligibility criteria for Mental Health services.
