HSE Objectives. The overall aim of the HSE management system and the bridging document is to ensure the effective management of risks to the environment, the health and safety of people, assets and the reputation of all parties involved in the project and to keep the risks to an acceptably low level (ALARP). The implementation of these systems supports the companies HSE policies and helps ensure that health, safety and environmental objectives are considered equal to all other business objectives, and are not compromised in pursuit of other goals such as efficiency or financial targets.
