I.B.E.W. Jurisdiction. (a) The Employer understands that the Local Union’s jurisdiction – both trade and territorial – is not a subject for negotiations but rather is determined solely within the I.B.E.W. by the International President and, therefore, agrees to recognize and be bound by such determinations. (b) For greater certainty, this Article is intended to reserve to the Union the right to deal with jurisdiction issues arising between the I.B.E.W. and any other Union or Local Union.
