IBM SaaS Subscription Period Renewal. Customer may renew an IBM SaaS offering at the end of a Subscription Period, unless otherwise specified in the offering's Terms of Use. Some IBM SaaS offerings, as specified in the IBM SaaS offering's Terms of Use or Transaction Document, automatically renew at the end of the Subscription Period unless, prior to the end of the Subscription Period, IBM receives, either directly or through Customer's reseller, as applicable, Customer's written notification not to renew.

IBM SaaS Subscription Period Renewal. The Government Customer may renew an IBM SaaS offering at the end of a Subscription Period by providing IBM with a funded delivery order prior to the end of the Subscription Period. If a renewal order is received by IBM with a coverage commencement date later than the first day following the end date of the prior Subscription Period, the Government Customer shall promptly modify the order to reflect the day following the end date of the of the prior Subscription Period.

  • Subscription Period the Initial Subscription together with any Renewal(s).

  • Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.

  • Term of Subscriptions The Initial Subscription of each Subscription is set out on the relevant Order Form and starts on the earlier of: (a) the date a User first accesses the Service; or (b) the start date set out on the relevant Order Form. SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A FURTHER 12-MONTH PERIOD (A RENEWAL) UNLESS EITHER PARTY HAS GIVEN THE OTHER NOT LESS THAN 60 CALENDAR DAYS’ NOTICE PRIOR TO ITS EXPIRY TO CANCEL IT ON EXPIRY. If Renewed before expiry any increase in Fees will be limited to the then rate of the UK Consumer Price Index plus 5% (unless We provide you, either directly or through a Reseller, with notice of a different increase at least 90 days’ prior to the Renewal date). This restriction will not: (a) limit any increase caused by changes in the number or type of Subscriptions; or (b) apply to a Subscription Renewed after its expiry. We do not commit to offering promotional discounts on Renewals. If you look to reduce your Subscriptions, or the length of your Renewal from those during the immediately prior Initial Subscription or Renewal (as applicable), this may result in re-pricing without regard to your current per-Subscription pricing. Notices may be given by Us by email or electronically submitted invoice or notice.

  • Subscription Service PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the deployment of a corrected version of the PROS software application that is the object of the Subscription Service, or provision of a workaround, provided however if PROS fails to provide such remedy after using commercially reasonable efforts, Customer may exercise its rights herein for breach of contract, including, but not limited to, termination pursuant to Section 10.2.

  • Transition Period LVRT Standard The transition period standard applies to wind generating plants subject to FERC Order 661 that have either: (i) interconnection agreements signed and filed with the Commission, filed with the Commission in unexecuted form, finally executed as conforming agreements, or filed with the Commission as non-conforming agreements between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006, with a scheduled in-service date no later than December 31, 2007, or (ii) wind generating turbines subject to a wind turbine procurement contract executed prior to December 31, 2005, for delivery through 2007.

  • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • Software Subscription Use Case Red Hat Storage Server for On- Premise Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non- server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended to be used as a storage system with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non-server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended for use on a dedicated Physical Node; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the Physical Node can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case.   • Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.
