IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the CITY as follows: The IDC agrees to pay to the City of Galveston Two Million, Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and No/100 Cents ($2,500,000.00) plus costs for the following activities to be performed within the City of Galveston, Texas: The City of Galveston will implement the Low Level Service Drainage Improvement Pilot Project portion of the Stormwater Master Plan within the City of Galveston in accordance with the Public Works & Utilities Staff Report dated April 29, 2024 attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all purposes (hereinafter “DIP Project”).
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the City of Galveston as follows:
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the CITY as follows: The IDC agrees to pay to the City of Galveston Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and no cents ($5,500,000.00) plus maintenance and costs for the following activities to be performed within the City of Galveston, Texas: The CITY will construct improvements to the Sandhill Crane Soccer Complex in accordance with the construction design and plans attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all purposes.
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the PARK BOARD OF TRUSTEES as follows: The IDC agrees to grant to the PARK BOARD OF TRUSTEES the sum not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and no cents ($200,000.00) for the following activities to be performed within the City of Galveston, Texas: The project will provide the 40% local match requirement for a pending grant award from the GLO CEPRA cycle 12 grant program. The project extends a prior awarded CEPRA cycle 11 project in the 8-Mile Road area west to the bollard line at 13-Mile Road at the eastern boundary of Galveston Island State Park. The project intends to develop engineering and design documents for a future beach nourishment project. The IDC will request a full accounting of the funds expended on the project no later than sixty (60) days after completion of the project. The IDC will pay to the PARK BOARD OF TRUSTEES up to Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and no cents ($200,000.00) no later than thirty (30) days after the receipt and approval of the accounting. .
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. A. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the PARK BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF GALVESTON as follows: The IDC agrees to pay to PARK BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF GALVESTON Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($75,000.00) for the following activities to be performed within the City of Galveston, Texas: The project will redevelop an Amendment and Update of the Park Board’s Federal Beach and Dune Restoration Permits in accordance with the application attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all purposes.
B. The IDC will request a full accounting of the funds expended on the project no later than sixty (60) days after completion of the project. The IDC will pay PARK BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF GALVESTON up to Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($75,000.00) no later than thirty (30) days after the receipt and approval of the accounting.
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the CITY as follows: The IDC agrees to pay to the City of Galveston ONE MILLION, ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND and No/100 Dollars ($1,100,000.00) plus costs for the following activities to be performed within the City of Galveston, Texas: The engineering, design, and survey fees for a drainage project from Gulf Palms to West of Indian Beach pursuant to chapters 501 and 505 of the Texas Local Government Code (hereinafter “Gulf Palms Drainage Project”).
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. IDC’s obligations under this Section 18 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease.
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the CITY as follows: The IDC agrees to pay to the City of Galveston One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($1,800,000.00) plus costs for the following activities to be performed within the City of Galveston, Texas: The construction of a walkable streetscape along 00xx Xxxxxx from Broadway Avenue to Avenue O and adjacent to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Stadium in accordance with the proposal dated July 8, 2014 attached to this agreement as Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all purposes.
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. A. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the CITY as follows: The IDC agrees to pay to the CITY One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for the following activities to be performed within the City of Galveston, Texas: The construction of the Pelican Island Bridge. The IDC will set aside funds in each annual budget for the construction of the Pelican Island Bridge until the IDC determines that sufficient funds are available to design and complete construction of the Pelican Island Bridge. The IDC will determine when sufficient funds are available to design and complete construction of the Pelican Island Bridge. The design and construction of the Pelican Island Bridge will not begin until the IDC has given written notice to the CITY that there are funds available to design and complete construction of the Pelican Island Bridge and has issued a start work order.
B. The IDC will request a full accounting of the funds expended on the “Pelican Island Bridge” project no later than sixty (60) days after completion of “Pelican Island Bridge” project. If, after completion of the “Pelican Island Bridge” project there are funds remaining and/or savings from “Pelican Island Bridge” project and received from IDC, CITY shall return such funds to the IDC to be returned to the budget line item from which the funds were taken.
IDC’S OBLIGATIONS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article II hereof, upon execution of this Agreement, the IDC will provide a grant to the PARK BOARD as follows: The IDC agrees to pay to the Park Board is Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($240,000.00) for an engineering and design project that will create the specifications to undertake a large scale beach nourishment project in the 8-Mile Road area; designing an approximate 1-mile of beach.
