  • Indicators of student progress and growth means the results of assessment(s) of students as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:8, Standards and Assessment.

  • Sign area means the entire area of a sign face;

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • ESPD means the European Single Procurement Document completed by the Contractor and sent to the Authority on 27th March 2019

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder.   • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • WTO GPA country construction material means a construction material that—

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and include any approved amendments thereto;

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • GTCs means these AVEVA General Terms and Conditions, which includes those terms and conditions set forth in the main body of the GTCs, and all of the various exhibits, addenda, and other documents incorporated into the GTCs.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.
