Identification of Governing Board Members. The selection of the School’s Governing Board Members and officers shall be as set forth in the School’s approved Application (Appendix 1) or in School’s by-laws if such are adopted subsequent to the submission of Appendix 1. The School's Governing Board will include local representatives, which may include parents/guardians and professionals qualified to support the educational and moral development of the School's students. No employee of the School, employee of one of the School’s Education Services Provider (ESP) companies, or family member of an employee of one of the School’s ESP companies may serve as a Member of the School’s Governing Board. The Governing Board cannot delegate its responsibility to the Sponsor to any other agency, ESP company or other contracted service provider. The School shall provide the parents in writing the names of the members of the School’s Governing Board and a means by which they may be contacted.

The parent liaison must be a parent of a student enrolled in the school. Board members shall possess special skills, talents, and expertise that will support the educational and moral development of the School’s students. 2)
Identification of Governing Board Members. The School’s Governing Board shall be selected as set forth in the approved Application (Exhibit A) and shall be reported to the School Board prior to the first day of classes. Any change in governing board membership or change in the appointed Representative must be reported to the Sponsor in writing within 96 hours of the change. Any violation of this provision will result in the withholding of FTE payments, without penalty of interest, until the violation is cured and constitutes good cause for termination.

  • CLASSIFICATION OF POSITIONS The University shall classify and/or reclassify all positions in the bargaining unit according to the nature and difficulty of duties assigned to and performed by the employee based on a current and accurate job description and shall assign to each position in the bargaining unit a classification title, number, and salary range.
