IEP Payment. 1. Primary IEP case managers shall be paid one (1) hour per diem for each initial and annual IEP that they have the responsibility for writing. For each IEP there will be no more than one primary case manager. To be eligible for payment, IEP must be compliant with special education law.
IEP Payment. Any teacher who is responsible for writing IEP’s for their students shall be paid three (3) days per diem in half (1/2) day increments outside the school day, using optional per diem paperwork. For each IEP there will be no more than one primary case manager. To be eligible for payment, IEP must be compliant with special education law. The days will be paid and based on the appropriate paperwork submitted.
