Illness In Line Of Duty. Illness in line of duty is granted up to a maximum of ten (10) days per year when any employee is absent from his/her duty because of personal injury received in the discharge of his/her duty, or because of illness from any contagious infectious disease contracted in school work. Any personal injury received while on duty will be considered as a qualifying injury under this policy, provided the injury is reported to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four
