Illness on a Paid Holiday. (a) An Employee who is scheduled to work on a paid holiday, as defined in Article 18.01, and who is unable to report for work due to illness or injury, shall receive sick leave pay for that day, and shall be granted time off in lieu of the holiday at a mutually acceptable time prior to the end of the second (2nd) calendar month immediately following the month in which the holiday fell.
