Illness Within the Family. An employee shall be allowed up to a maximum of ten (10) days leave annually without pay, but without loss of seniority or benefits, due to an illness within the immediate family. Such an employee may elect to debit their vacation credits rather than take unpaid leave. Vacation accrual shall not be affected.
