IMDS. In the case of products intended for EU member states the supplier shall confirm compliance with all relevant EU directives (e.g. REACH) associated with material composition. All data on the composition of the supplied products is to be entered into the IMDS (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx) under REHAU AG + Co, company ID 210. Target for an approved IMDS entry by REHAU is at least 4 weeks prior to the agreed sampling date. In case that national directives and stipulations are applicable additional to EU directives the supplier has to consider these regula- tions and shall agree a way of necessary data-exchange with REHAU.
IMDS. Automotive suppliers will provide IMDS data during initial sampling and with every change of the product.

IMDS. All materials used for the manufacture of the FF81 Parts and FF81 Products, including all sub-components, supply parts and auxiliary substances, shall be recorded with the IMDS. FF shall be responsible for the reporting and recording of all materials delivered by FF and FF Contract Suppliers and MS shall be responsible for the reporting and recording of all materials delivered by MS and MS Contract Suppliers, each in accordance with the IMDS. At such time as reasonably determined by FF, the Parties shall cooperate in the creation of a report listing all substances included in the FF81 Products.
