Common use of Immediate Family Member Clause in Contracts

Immediate Family Member. For the purposes of this clause, immediate family member shall include spouse (including former, de facto and a former de facto spouse), child, (including step, adopted, ex nuptial or xxxxxx child), parent (including step-parent), father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandparent-in-law, grandchild, brother, sister, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law of the team member.
