Common use of Immunizations and Physical Clause in Contracts

Immunizations and Physical. If required, the University will provide the Facility with evidence that Students and Faculty meet the Facility’s requirements for immunization and/or physical examination. The University understands that the Facility may refuse to accept for participation in the Program any Student for which evidence of compliance with immunization requirements and/or completion of a physical examination acceptable to the Institution cannot be provided.
