COMPLAINTS HANDLING 44.1 Either Party shall notify the other Party of any Complaints made by Other Contracting Bodies, which are not resolved by operation of the Supplier's usual complaints handling procedure within five (5) Working Days of becoming aware of that Complaint and, if the Supplier is the Party providing the notice, such notice shall contain full details of the Supplier's plans to resolve such Complaint.
Incident handling As defined by the EGI Default Operational Level Agreement.
Information Handling Implement new/improved system; update incoming publications; circulate publications; identify information source(s) inside and outside the organisation. Grade 5 - Communication: Obtain data from external sources; produce reports; identify need for documents and/or research. Grade 5 - Enterprise: Assist with the development of options for future strategies; assist with planning to match future requirements with resource allocation.
Handling In order to protect such Confidential Information from improper disclosure, each Party agrees:
SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client agrees that Xxxxxx may choose to associate additional law firm(s) and/or lawyer(s) to represent Client in connection with the investigation and prosecution of the rights Client has as a purchaser of publically traded securities of Xxxxxx, and Client understands that such representation shall be on the same terms as those described in this agreement.
Implementation and Management 1.1 Properly constituted Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Committees or, where there is no OH&S Committee, Site Safety Supervisors/Safety Officers in conjunction with worker representatives, are the appropriate bodies to implement and administer alcohol and drug policy/programs (* see below).
Transport 6.1.1 BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rules 51.311, 51.319, and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act to interoffice transmission facilities described in this Section 6 on an unbundled basis to EZ Phone for the provision of a qualifying service, as set forth herein.
Access Management The Engineer shall coordinate and evaluate access management within the project limits in accordance with the latest State Access Management Manual or as directed by the State.
Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema. Client Money Handling Rules 16.1. The Company will promptly place any Client money it receives into one or more segregated account(s) with reliable financial institutions (i.e. an affiliate, a bank, a market, a settlement agent, a clearing house or OTC counterparty) and the Client funds will be segregated from the Company’s own money and cannot be used in the course of its business. The Client money shall be treated, at all times, in accordance with the applicable ‘Client Money’ rules, as amended from time to time.
