Common use of Impact of Management Rights Clause in Contracts

Impact of Management Rights. Where required by law the City agrees prior to implementation to meet and confer with IPOA over the impact of the exercise of a management right upon the wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment of its members unless the impact/consequences of the exercise of a management right upon IPOA members are provided for in the Memorandum of Understanding, Civil Service Rules and Regulations, or departmental rules and regulations.
